Orientation:

The first step in establishing yourself as a CDP client is to schedule, attend, and participate in an informative Orientation which will acquaint you with the Career Development Program and its services.

The second step is to meet with one of our CDP Professionals, to discuss your background, education, work history, accomplishments, and previous training, and to determine any transferable skills you may have. This interview will address your career goals and ambitions, and any concerns you may have regarding your career path.

The third step is a written Participation Agreement denoting your commitment to, and your full participation in, your career development plan as designed by the CDP staff.

CDP is dedicated to helping you learn the skills necessary for today's job market, as well as helping you to retain employment and remain employable in the future. Self confidence, professionalism, marketability, and independence are a few of the invaluable skills you will take with you after completing our program. Your continued success is our goal!
