Kevin Duggan
Executive Director
Kevin Duggan joined Society for the Blind as Executive Director in April 2004. As the Executive Director, he is responsible for a 45 person staff and a budget of over $3.6 million. Kevin’s background is in business administration, strategic planning, program design and fundraising.
Prior to joining the Society for the Blind, Kevin played an integral role in establishing the M.I.N.D. (Medical Investigation of Neurodevelopmental Disorders) Institute, a research, clinic and education center at the UC Davis Medical Center. Kevin earned his undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration at the University of California, Davis. He lives in Sacramento with his wife, Elizabeth.
