Help Seniors with Vision Loss Live Life to the Fullest

Big Day of Giving is May 7

From working and traveling to cooking and enjoying hobbies, seniors with vision loss are living full and independent lives, thanks to the skills and tools they learn at Society for the Blind.

Each year, the number of seniors we serve continues to grow, increasing our wait list. Thanks to the generosity of people like you, we have not had to turn anyone away. With your continued support, we can meet the increased demand so seniors can start living life sooner.

This Big Day of Giving, help us reach our $45,000 goal to ensure every senior with vision loss has the tools to live life to the fullest.

Your gift will ensure every senior who comes through our program has access to:

• Training in orientation & mobility, independent living skills, assistive technology and more
• Tools such as tactile marking dots (Bump Dots), liquid level indicators, talking watch keychains, long white canes and other tools, as needed
• Assistive technology such as CCTVs, smart controllers and other devices through our Lending Library
