Join us as we seek to connect families to families. Please bring your ideas, comments, suggestions, or any feedback you would like to share. It is our sincere hope that through this Parent Meet Up; families will be able to:
- Learn tips on raising and engaging blind/low vision children, teens, and young adults
- Share successes in education and, leisure and through everyday life lessons.
- Hear from blind parents on their developed techniques
Cory Hanosh, from North State Assistive Technology, will be onsite to speak with us for about 30 minutes during this meeting. The focus will be on supporting your child/teen on Assistive Technology at home and in school.
