Come and bring a healthy dish/snack to share with your fellow members of the Glucose Guardians. Come and discuss how you prepared it and why it is part of your healthy meal plan. Let’s start this new year off by sharing our goals for better health in 2026! All dishes/snacks should be prepared prior to arriving for the support group.
