Whether you are new to yoga or just looking to tweak your practice, come join us on Saturday September 19, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for a two hour interactive workshop. We will explore the nitty gritty of as many of the fundamental poses in yoga that we can cover in a two hour time period. There will be an opportunity for participants to engage with the instructor to help make their yoga practice their own. Have you ever wondered just what should I be doing with my left hand in a particular pose or how can I modify a pose to accommodate my grumpy knees or just what on earth is the point of a down dog? Or are you new to the practice of yoga and in need of a walk through the elements of some poses? Then this is the place for you. Come join us in a safe and friendly virtual environment. Be prepared to move, learn, breath, laugh and maybe make a friend or two. Anyone interested in participating must register in advance with Sam Adams by e-mail at [email protected].
