Come join us for yoga on Thursdays from 11:45-1:00. The actual class is one hour and ends by 1:00. Log in any time after 11:45 to check in with other participants and the instructor. This yoga class is largely driven by the people who attend. Usually there is a focus on gentle stretches and then a portion of the class is devoted to a slow vinyasa flow. Depending on the needs of the participants we may focus on a particular area of the body. Modifications to the poses are offered to suit everybody’s abilities on a given day. Meet us on your mat for some movement, breathing, a little laughter and hopefully a sense of inner peace.
