Yoga – Vinyasa Hatha

Yoga will now be offered on Monday and Thursdays from 11:45 AM -12:30 PM. The ZOOM call will start at 11:30 AM to get housekeeping matters out of the way prior to starting the class.
A vinyasa hatha class is more movement with a focus on sinking the breath with the movement. This class will involve more movements sequencing from the floor and then to standing. Students can expect to explore several standing poses with transitions using down dog and plank. This class might generate a little more heat and even a bit of a cardio experience.
